Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (stored as a salted hash), phone and company if provided.
• Order and billing data: contact details, billing address, order history. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
• Project data: your brief answers, uploaded files, messages and approvals - used solely to deliver your project.
• Usage data: aggregate analytics about how the site is used, collected via a privacy-respecting analytics provider.

2. How we use data

We use your data to deliver purchased services, operate your client workspace, send transactional emails (order confirmations, project updates, payment notices), respond to inquiries and - only with your consent - send occasional marketing emails.

3. Sharing

We share data only with processors required to run the service: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), hosting (Vercel) and database infrastructure (Supabase). We never sell personal data.

4. Your rights

• Export your data from Dashboard → Profile.
• Request account deletion from Dashboard → Security.
• Manage email preferences from Dashboard → Profile.
• Sign out other sessions from Dashboard → Security.

Records we are legally required to keep (orders, payments, invoices) are retained even after account deletion, in anonymized form where possible.

5. Security

We use encrypted connections (TLS), salted password hashing, signed file URLs, role-based access control and audit logging for administrative actions.

6. Who controls your data

The data controller is {{company.legalName}}, {{company.address}}, registered in {{company.jurisdiction}}. Requests about your personal data can be sent to hello@bizkitboom.com and are answered within 30 days.
