Refund Policy

1. Before work begins

If you cancel before submitting your client brief and before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund minus payment processing fees.

2. After work begins

• Research or brand direction stage: 50% of the package price is refundable.
• Design in progress: 25% of the package price is refundable.
• After first deliverables are shared: payments are non-refundable, but you keep your included revision rounds and all deliverables you have paid for.

3. Deposits on exclusive concepts

A deposit on an exclusive concept removes it from sale. If you cancel after 7 days of reservation, the deposit is refundable at 50% to compensate for the sales hold. Within the first 7 days and before the brief is submitted, the deposit is fully refundable minus processing fees.

4. Add-ons

Unused add-ons (extra revision rounds, supplier research not yet started) are fully refundable. Started add-ons follow the same staged schedule as packages.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@bizkitboom.com from your account email or use the contact form. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Abandoned projects

If a project receives no client response for 60 days despite reminders, we may place it on hold. Projects on hold for a further 90 days may be closed with deliverables released as-is; such closures are not eligible for refunds.
